This privacy policy explains what data LogMyLifts collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data. LogMyLifts ("we", "the service") is operated as a free personal project.
When you sign up and use LogMyLifts, we store the following information in a Supabase database:
We do not collect IP addresses, location, device fingerprints, or any analytics. We do not use cookies for tracking. Authentication uses a session token stored in your browser to keep you signed in.
Your data is used solely to provide the LogMyLifts service to you. Specifically:
All your data is stored in a Supabase database hosted in the European Union (West EU region). Authentication emails are sent via Resend. The website itself is hosted on shared web hosting infrastructure.
Database access is controlled by Row Level Security policies, meaning only your authenticated session can read or write your data. No other user, including the operator, can read your workout data through the application.
Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can delete all your data at any time using the "Clear Data" function inside the app — this permanently removes all entries, playlists, videos, music, and bodyweight logs from the database.
If you wish to delete your account entirely, including the underlying authentication record, please email hello@logmylifts.com from the address associated with your account.

LogMyLifts is not directed at children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the service.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
